3 lbs Pork Butt

2 x Yellow Onion

1 x Garlic head

1 x Jalapeno pepper

2 x Poblano pepper

2 x Can diced potatoes

2 x 8oz can of green chile (mild)

2 x 14oz cans of roasted tomatoes

2 x 4oz cans of mild green chilies

2 x 8oz cans of green enchilada sauce (mild)

2 x Vegetable broth

Black pepper

Cumin!
